NTT DATA is working on a single platform for applications, but for now, we have different career pages, each with their own candidate profile. You will find the status of your application in the profile/s you have created. 

a)    Do your research: The more you know about the role, company and team, the easier it will be to tailor your responses in a way that showcases your skills, experience and interests in line with the company culture and role.

•    Review the job description: Make sure you understand the role, responsibilities and requirements of the position.
•    Research our company: Familiarize yourself with NTT DATA’s services, industries we serve, our recent achievements and our company culture.
•    Know who will be interviewing you: It's beneficial to conduct some brief research to familiarize yourself with the backgrounds and roles of the people you'll be interacting with.

b)    Prepare and practice: Prepare for the interview well in advance.
•    Interview answers: Prepare responses to common interview questions related to the role, your experience, your skills and why you are interested in the position. The most important thing for us is to get to know you as a person. So just be yourself! The following questions might help you prepare for your interview:

o    Why did you apply to NTT DATA?
o    What do you want to achieve and what is particularly important to you?
o    What appeals to you about the advertised position?  

•    List your accomplishments: Be ready with specific examples from your previous work experience that highlight your skills and achievements, and how you can contribute to the company's success.
•    Develop your questions: Prepare a few questions to ask the interviewer about the role, company, team dynamics, working model or any other relevant topics. This demonstrates your genuine interest in the company, the role and the conversation.

c)    Be ready early
If you’re attending an interview in-person, plan your route and aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled interview time to allow for any unforeseen delays. 

If you’re meeting online:
•    Familiarize yourself with the features of the meeting platform so you know how to adjust audio and video settings, and how to share your screen, if needed. 
•    Make sure your computer has a stable Internet connection for a video call to ensure an uninterrupted interview.
•    Set up a professional background and choose a quiet, well-lit location.
•    Close unnecessary applications, silence notifications on your computer and mobile devices, and inform those around you about the interview to avoid distractions and interruptions. 

d)    Present your best professional self
This will help you feel confident and make a positive impression, whether you’re meeting on-screen or in-person. 
•    Dress well. Be comfortable and look professional in business casual or business formal clothes.
•    Communicate clearly: When talking, pronounce your words clearly and avoid talking too fast. Take brief pauses to ensure the interviewer has finished speaking before responding. If you are providing written answers, take the time to make sure they are coherent, and run a quick spellcheck, if you can. 
•    Engage: If it’s comfortable for you, engage with the interviewer by nodding, smiling and using appropriate gestures.   Maintain eye contact or look directly at the camera. Avoid looking at your own video feed or other distractions on the screen.
